ABOUT THE ROLE

As an L1 Support Technician at Inputiv, you'll be the first point of contact for helpdesk tickets raised by our MSP clients' end users. You'll work directly within the client's ticketing system, under their brand, handling day-to-day IT issues with professionalism and speed. Most of your interactions will be remote β€” chat, email, and remote desktop β€” supporting users across US and Australian time zones.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 2+ years experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 β€” Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Windows 10/11 troubleshooting β€” OS errors, driver issues, update failures
  • Basic Active Directory β€” password resets, account management, group membership

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an L2 Support Technician, you'll handle escalations from L1, manage more complex infrastructure issues, and deliver project work under the guidance of our L3 engineers.
