NOC Monitoring

Alerts don't wake anyone
up on your side

Your RMM already sees everything. The problem is that it also sends everything, so by month three nobody reads the alert channel. We sit between the tool and your engineers, clear the noise, fix what's fixable, and escalate the rest with the work already done.

24/7

Staffed continuously — not an on-call phone that rings into a bedroom

< 15 min

Standard acknowledgement on a priority -one alert

Type 2 certified for security, confidentiality and availability

Most of what your RMM sends
is not an incident

A typical 900-endpoint estate generates thousands of alerts a month. A handful of them matter. The value of a NOC isn't watching the screen — it's the filtering that happens before anything reaches a person who bills by the hour.

3400

Raw alerts

Everything the RMM, backup tool and monitoring stack emits in a month across a mid-size estate.

780

After deduplication

Flapping services, repeat disk warnings and known- noisy checks collapsed into single events.

190

Worked by our NOC

Resolved against an agreed runbook - restarts, cleanups, re- runs, agent repairs - and closed with notes.

24

Reach your engineers

Genuine incidents, escalated with diagnostics attached and the first three steps already ruled out.

Figures shown are representative of a 900-endpoint estate in its third month. Your own ratios come out of the first tuning cycle, and we report them monthly.

Coverage

What we watch

Servers and endpoints..

Availability, CPU and memory pressure, disk thresholds, service states, event-log signatures and agent health across Windows, Linux and macOS.

Network and connectivity

Circuit and tunnel state, firewall and switch reachability, VPN sessions, latency and packet loss against a baseline rather than a fixed number.

Backup and recovery

Daily job verification across Veeam, Datto, Acronis and native tooling, failed-job chase- down, and restore-test evidence you can put in front of a client.

Patch and vulnerability state

Patch ring compliance, failed deployments retried, reboot-pending devices chased, and third-party apps tracked alongside the OS.

Microsoft 365 and cloud

Tenant service health, mail-flow and quarantine anomalies, Entra sign-in risk events, Azure resource state and cost-spike alerts.

Security tooling signals

EDR and antivirus alert triage, isolation actions where your runbook permits, and handoff to your SOC or MDR provider with context attached.

Clear lines on what we do
without asking first

Written into the runbook during onboarding, reviewed quarterly. The point of the boundary is that nobody has to guess at 3am.

We act

Pre-authorised remediation, logged to the ticket

✓

Restart a failed service or stuck print spooler

✓

Clear temp and log directories on a disk-space alert

✓

Re-run a failed backup job and verify the result

✓

Repair or reinstall a non-reporting RMM agent

✓

Retry a failed patch deployment and confirm compliance

✓

Release legitimate mail from quarantine per your rules

✓

Acknowledge, deduplicate and close known-benign alerts

We escalate

Straight to your on-call, with the diagnostics done

→

Anything touching production data or a restore decision

→

Suspected compromise, ransomware behaviour or exfiltration signals

→

Site-wide or multi-client outages

→

Firewall, routing or DNS changes

→

Anything requiring a client conversation or a commercial decision

→

Any alert whose runbook step has already been tried twice

→

Anything not in the runbook at all

Questions we get asked first

Do you need your own tooling?

No. We operate in your RMM and PSA under named accounts scoped to what the role needs. You keep ownership, licensing and the audit trail, and you can revoke access in a minute.

How long until the noise actually drops?

Two to three weeks. The first fortnight is deliberately loud while we learn which alerts on your estate are real. Tuning decisions get logged so you can see what was suppressed and why.

Who talks to the end client?

You do, by default. If you want us fronting communications we'll do it under your brand, with a tone and template you sign off during onboarding.

How is it priced?

Per endpoint per month for monitoring coverage, with remediation included up to an agreed alert volume. Estates with unusual density or 24/7 critical infrastructure get quoted individually.

Send us a week of your

alert data.

We'll come back with the deduplication ratio, what our runbook would have closed, and what would still have reached you.
